Napoleons Apartment

During his rein, Napolean took up residence in a wing of the Louvre, turning it into his own apartment, to live in, and entertain dignitaries in. Most of the furnishings, chandeliers, and decor have been preserved as they were at the time of his residence. Incredible!

The games room, or grand salon.
Looking out the window Napoleon looked out of while living there.
Napoleon's throne.
The grand dining table. I lost count on how many it could accommodate, but I am sure they had some great dinner parties here.
